About Us

At Home Forge, our goal is to achieve your vision on your schedule and your budget.
Remodeling is often a source of stress and inconvenience for homeowners. Home Forge limits that stress by completing projects faster than other leading remodelers, so that you can enjoy your new kitchen, bath, or home addition sooner. Typically, completing projects faster requires sacrificing quality or paying more. Home Forge is different: our workmanship is not only fast, but high quality, and our projects are tailored to your budget.

How do we do this?

Our core design staff and craftspeople are fulltime employees, not subcontractors, which means you are assured a consistent team of people dedicated to your project from start to finish. After working with you to design your project, our team then handles all ordering and oversees all delivery of items before work begins in your home. This ensures that you receive the renovation you’ve been dreaming of without the hassle.

Home Forge’s CEO, Bruce Meller, has always dreamed of running his own company. In pursuit of this dream, he studied business extensively both at the University of Michigan and at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. But it wasn’t until he moved to Atlanta that his dream was finally realized.

Bruce started Home Forge Remodeling in 2004. The company was only three years old when the recession hit, and yet, under Bruce’s leadership, it not only survived, but thrived. It’s success can be attributed in large part to Bruce’s devotion to his clients and his passion for building.

Bruce lives with his wife, Ann, and two daughters in Decatur, in a house he renovated with his own two hands.

Industry Involvement

In the spirit of continual improvement of oversight and management of industry standards, Home Forge’s CEO, Bruce Meller, is proud to have been appointed to serve on the National Level Finance Committee of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) for the 2011-2013 term.

Community Involvement

At Home Forge, we believe strongly in supporting our community. We support the Junior League of Atlanta in their mission to help women and children. We also support Rebuilding Together, which completes house repairs for older Atlantans, and have supported the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
